Washington administrative law is governed by the Administrative Procedure Act (APA, RCW 34.05). Judicial review of state-agency action is generally available in the Superior Court under RCW 34.05.510 et seq., with appeal to the Washington Court of Appeals and discretionary review by the Washington Supreme Court. Washington's Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) adjudicates contested cases for many agencies under RCW 34.12.
